Manual costs
Add recurring and one-off costs without an API — Supabase, Resend, Sentry, seats — choose COGS, OpEx or excluded, and see how MarginMeter spreads them daily.
Open Costs → Manual costs → Add cost. Choose a preset or enter your own:
- Name and category (database, email, observability, …).
- Amount and currency — converted at the daily ECB rate.
- Schedule — monthly, yearly or one-off, with a start date and optional end date.
- Class — COGS, OpEx or excluded.
Recurring costs are spread evenly across each day of their period; one-off costs land on their date unless you choose to spread them. Every manual amount is labelled Manual in the dashboard and line items.
The number of manual costs depends on your plan (5 on Free, 100 on Starter, 500 on Pro).
