Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial: one workspace with two connections and 90 days of history, for as long as you like. Upgrade when you need more.
What counts as a connection?
Each connected provider account — for example one Stripe account, one AWS account or one OpenAI organization. Manual costs don’t count.
Is pricing per user?
No. Pricing is per workspace. Each plan includes a number of members at no extra cost.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Extra connections are paused, history beyond the new limit is hidden and purged after 30 days, and existing rules keep working.
Which currencies can I report in?
USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD. Plans are billed in USD.
